Trucks teeming with tires snaked around Spring Brook Avenue off Elvis Presley Boulevard this morning as Shelby County residents waited to turn the tires in for money.By 10 a.m. more than 4,000 tires were dropped at Mac’s Tire Recycling Center at 300 Elvis Presley Blvd, north of Brooks Road.
